The name of your blog sounds Gaelic – not that I know any. It just seems to have that feel to it : ) the photo is beautiful. I’ glad you found your new look and name!
It does have that Gaelic feel, doesn’t it? It’s actual origin dates back to the mid 1500s from the middle French word gallimafree, which was a meat stew.
I like the look (I am partial to white backgrounds) – the header looks cool, and the title arouses curiosity. The meaning of the word describes my own life these days…
